Had acted as co-counsel for Uda Land Sdn Bhd at the Kuala Lumpur High Court in the case of Uda Land Sdn Bhd v. Puncak Sepakat Sdn Bhd [2021] 1 MLRH 370 and at the Court of Appeal.
Had acted as counsel for TTDI Jaya Sdn Bhd at the Court of Appeal in the case of Yew Hong Teng & Anor TTDI Jaya Sdn Bhd [2016] 11 MLJ 173 and also at the Federal Court.
Had acted as counsel for Universal Industrial Gas Sdn Bhd at the Kuala Lumpur High Court in the case of Chow Sow Yoon & Anor v. Universal Industrial Gas Sdn Bhd & Anor [2017] MLRHU 1525.
Had represented Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur as a local authority of Kuala Lumpur in other various full trials and hearings, including in response to judicial review applications at the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
Had represented individual and corporate clients in sub-sale conveyancing and loan re- financing transactions, be it as Vendor or Purchaser and/or Financier in the sale and purchase or re-financing of residential and commercial properties in Perak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Johor.

Had acted as main counsel for the Appellant in the case of Yow Man Kong @ Senthil Kumar v. Ghandirajan & Anor [2022] 1 LNS 3224 at the Court of Appeal which allowed the Appellant’s appeal against the judgment of the Shah Alam High Court that had set aside the Kuala Lumpur Sessions’ Court Judgment obtained in an earlier and separate court proceedings.
Had acted as co-counsel for Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur at the Court of Appeal in the case of Sambaga Valli a/p K.R Ponnusamy v. Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur & Ors & Another Appeal [2018] 1 MLJ 784 and subsequently as counsel at the Federal Court.
Had acted as counsel for Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur at the Kuala Lumpur High Court in the case of Seagate Global Trading Sdn Bhd v. Pelita Maintenance Resources Sdn Bhd & Ors [2019] MLJU 1002.
Had acted as co-counsel for RHB Bank Berhad at the Federal Court in the case of Malaysian International Trading Corporation Sdn Bhd v. RHB Bank Berhad [2016] 2 MLRA 175.
Had represented Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd in CIPAA proceedings at the Asian International Arbitration Centre or “AIAC” (formerly known as “Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration”) and at the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
Had represented individual clients in personal injury 3rd party insurance claims at the Ipoh Magistrates’ and Ipoh Sessions’ Court and had assisted in negotiating settlement between the insurance company and client(s).
Had represented corporate clients at the Ipoh and Kuala Lumpur Magistrates’, Sessions’ and High Courts involving debt recovery (including judgment debtor summons, writ of seizure and sale, bankruptcy and winding up proceedings) such as:-
Tenaga Nasional Berhad for claims relating to electricity bill arrears and tempering of electricity meters at residential, commercial and industrial premises.
Hiap Teck Hardware Sdn Bhd, Huatraco Scaffold Sdn Bhd, Alpine Pipe Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, Power Cables Malaysia Sdn Bhd etc for claims relating to goods sold and delivered.
Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd for claims relating to hire-purchase of private Mercedes Benz vehicles and Mitsubishi FUSO commercial vehicles.
