Mr. Ling Thik Ping (“Ling”) and Mr. Tan Ru En (“Tan”) first met when Tan joined Messrs. Che Mokhtar & Ling (“CML”), Advocates & Solicitors as a pupil-in-chambers in December 2012, under the guidance of Ling, who was then the managing partner of CML. Both of them had been working very closely since then and had established a great working relationship, aided by the fact that they shared the same work ethics, beliefs, and life values. They also realized that the way legal services are delivered to clients in a ‘traditional’ manner is unsatisfactory and they are passionate in adopting the latest technological tools to transform it. With a combined experience of more than 50 years in legal practice and a deep conviction to serve clients with innovation, excellence and integrity, they started this new firm with the aim to provide unparalleled level of service and value to clients while fully embracing technology in all aspect of their work and dealings with clients.
